New Toyota Corolla 2020 Blue

The Toyota Corolla is to the mainstream consumer looking for an affordable and reliable golf-class car like a McDonalds hamburger for people with a fast food addiction. Like chopped beef steak between two buns, the Corolla has become a staple and affordable car option for every day. But sometimes you want to add a little more ketchup and mustard to a hamburger. Fortunately, in the new Toyota Corolla hatchback, such wishes have already been taken into account. Replacing the Scion iM, which has already left the US market, and built on the new global architecture of Toyota (or TNGA), the new generation Corolla hatchback is a more interesting alternative to the usual compact sedans. And like any good burger, it's worth it. The compact car segment is overflowing with a great variety of options available. And the initial version of the new Corolla hatchback is quite in line with their level, starting at $ 21,090. And although it is slightly more expensive than the five-door Mazda3 ($ 19,345) and Civic ($ 20,150), the debut from Toyota in the base SE trims t New Toyota Corolla 2020 Blue he difference in price with an extended list of systems security and 8-inch touchscreen multimedia system. However, a much more interesting variant of the model is the XSE version, which we tested. Toyota charges $ 24,090 for this sporty hatch, while a Honda dealer will have to pay $ 28,750 for a comparable Civic Sport. Even with options such as a CVT ($ 741) and various accessories like floor mats ($ 299), this XSE costs $ 28,750. $ 25,384 will still cost you significantly less than the Civic Sport. The new Corolla hatchback stands out from the crowd. The XSE version draws attention to itself with beautiful 10-spoke alloy wheels, a bizarre roof spoiler, a huge gaping "mouth" of the grille and incredibly stylish head optics. And it is still an attractive car without a lot of aggression and flashy design (unlike the Civic). The five-door fits very well with the design of modern Toyota models. The protruding trunk lid and the intricately shaped roof spoiler are complemented by the slender taillights and high-gloss black diffuser. The large mesh grille and weapon-blade-like headlights of the head optics are united by a black tip peeking out from under the hood, adorned with the Toyota logo. This car looks good from every angle. Looks great on the hatchback and the Oxide Bronze paint job. He focuses on various exterior and design elements that will be even more visible on cars in Blizzard Pearl and Classic Silver body colors. However, if you want to slap everyone on the spot, then go for the Blue Flame, which is reminiscent of the Polestar Volvo models. This color looks even better. Instead of using the interior design options familiar to cars of this brand, Toyota decided to give it more style. The Japanese made the front panel multi-level, using black plastics and artificial leather with imitation of stitching in its decoration, and enclosed ventilation grilles at the edges in a silvery matte frame. The two-tone leather and fabric hatch seats are stylish and cute. They were quite pleasant to be in throughout the test drive. The materials used in the interior trim are far from the most upscale and expensive, but quite appropriate to the class of the car. Most of the hard plastic and faux leather elements look pretty decent. Perhaps the only drawback of the new Corolla is the multimedia screen in the style of a tablet sticking out of the front panel. This is a well-worn and boring solution that you will find in most modern cars. And also the abundance of black gloss around the display, so beloved by the Japanese, which quickly gets smeared with fingers. There is plenty of room in the five-door cabin by the standards of the "golf class". And let the Corolla hatchback in terms of legroom for rear passengers is inferior to the sedan of the same name, in the gallery of such a Toyota, nevertheless, you will still, albeit a little, but still more spacious than, for example, in the Mazda3. When you find yourself in the new Corolla, you are greeted by two screens (at least in the XSE configuration): a 7-inch in the instrument cluster combination and an 8-inch touchscreen on the center console. The first one is adjacent to analog scales containing information such as the fuel level. The second screen looks less attractive, but it copes well with the task assigned to it. Information from it is read out accurately, and the sensors respond to finger touches without delay. Apple CarPlay https://cars45.com.gh/gqMObo7AAzyb6rVrfjUBvPhM
