Laptop Dell Latitude 12 E7270 8GB Intel Core i5 SSD 250GB

Will Dell's latest 12.5-inch laptop meet the high standards set by its predecessors and can it outperform its rivals in a highly competitive environment? This article can also be read in English and German. The device we are reviewing today belongs to the premium business notebook segment. We can say that Dell Latitude E7270 is the flagship of this American manufacturer in the class of business notebooks with 12.5-inch displays. This model is designed for many travelers, as well as for those professionals and businessmen who would like to purchase a laptop of compact size, but are not ready to abandon the design features typical for business laptops - for example, a port for connecting a docking station, a built-in modem for accessing mobile Internet or components that increase the security of the device, such as a smart card reader or fingerprint scanner. In addition, the Latitude E7270 is characterized by increased structural reliability and chassis durability, complemented by a generous manufacturer's warranty. The price set by Dell for this model underline Laptop Dell Latitude 12 E7270 8GB Intel Core i5 SSD 250GB s its claims for premium status: the cost of the device starts at 1,338 euros (the price in Russia as of July 2016 is from 80,000 rubles). The base configuration includes an intel Core i5-6300U processor, 4GB of RAM, a 128GB solid state drive, and an HD display (1366x768 pixels). Up a notch is the € 1,638 configuration with 8GB of RAM, a 256GB solid state drive and a FullHD display (1920 x 1080 pixels). If you pay a little more, you will receive a configuration with an integrated modem for access to the mobile Internet operating in LTE networks. In all three configurations, the same processor is installed: apparently, in Germany, the Dell E7270 is offered exclusively with a Core i5-6300U processor, although the manufacturer indicates in the technical specification of the laptop that processors up to Core i7 are installed on this model. The configurations offered by retailers include the smaller of the two battery versions available for this notebook. Its capacity is 37 W * h. Laptops sold through the Dell website have higher capacity 55Wh batteries. The laptop presented to us for review was based on the more expensive of the configurations, but without the LTE modem. The Dell Latitude E7270 has quite a few rivals. Among them - not only the devices of such traditional competitors as HP and Lenovo. Dell's lineup includes laptops that target the same target audience. For our review, we decided to compile a comparison group from devices such as the Lenovo ThinkPad X260, HP Elitebook 820 G3, Dell Latitude 7370 and Dell XPS 13. Although the latter two laptops have 13.3-inch displays, their case sizes are equal or even smaller than their nominal dimensions. The "younger" relative of the E7270, since they are equipped with displays of the Infinity Edge type with a very narrow bezel bordering the display panel. (Matrix AUO instead of BOE, Hynix memory instead of Samsung, SATA storage instead of PCIe, ...) If you remember what the Latitude E7250 looked like, at first it would seem that the manufacturer practically did not change the design of the case of its novelty. However, upon closer inspection of the tested laptop, it becomes clear that Dell has thoroughly reworked some elements. The basic design concept of the case remains unchanged: the laptop case is completely black. The only elements that stand out from the uniform color scheme are the large, silvery hinges that connect the laptop lid to the main body and are visually united by a thin metal strip on the outer panel of the lid, as well as the blue font applied to the auxiliary function keys on the keyboard. The edges of the case are rounded, but the main body is less rounded than it was on the previous generation model. As a result, the laptop looks even more serious. The frame around the keyboard has also been slightly changed: if earlier there was a distinct border between the frame and the keys, now the frame neatly wraps around the keys. This design solution, in our opinion, looks mor https://jiji.com.gh/dansoman/computers-and-laptops/laptop-dell-latitude-12-e7270-8gb-intel-core-i5-ssd-250gb-4UVpFzCMk2V4VhgbIQADaNOy.html
